Our sports and wellness hotel not only offers you accompanied tours but also security training by BVDM-Status. The offer reaches from SHT`s on training places to guided training tours in real traffic through the national park of the bavarian forest and the adjacent regions over low traffic and wonderful curvy routes in beautiful landscape.

Our prices are calculated per person. Unclaimed services which have been booked will not be refunded. Cancellations of reservations will only be accepted in written form. Free cancellaton is possible until 2 weeks before your date of arrival. After then, we will charge 80 percent in case of bed and breakfast, 70 percent in case of half board and 60 percent in case of full board. This also applies to late arrivals or premature departures.
Appontments in our Wellness and Beauty center can be cancelled up to 24 hours before. If the cancellation takes place later, we will charge 70 percent of the actual price. It is possible to pay your bill with an EC card or to pay cash. We accept ViSA Card and MasterCard.
The rooms will be avialable to guests from 2 pm on the day of arrival. We request to be notified in case of arrivals afer 6 pm. Please leave the room by 10 am at your day of departure. Thank you!
Any damage caused has to be replaced.
Please inform us abourt any complaints during your stay, if possivle on the same day. Complaints which are made after departure or invoicing are not traceable.
Every ordered drink booked into the room, has to be countersigned by the guest.
