A warm welcome to the Sport- & Wellnesshotel Bernrieder Hof!
We offer you enough space for 4 – 50 participants in our newly renovated seminar rooms. Our bright rooms have the modern moderation equipment you need to run a seminar. Your conferences will be professionally and individually tailored to you by our management, from planning to accommodation and catering. After the training, participants can relax in our swimming and sauna area. For an atmospheric end and a cozy get-togehter after “work”, you can visit our hotel bar.

Of course, we hope to welcome you to the seminar on the booked date. Should you nevertheless be forced to cancel a seminar, this is possible free of charge up to 61 days before the start of the seminar. In the case of cancellations at shorter notice, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the general DEHOGA regulations.
Cancellation of an entire seminar:
The booking amount consists of the costs for the booked seminar room, overnight stays and meals for you and your participants. Any meals not used will be charged in any case.
The cancellation fees are:
From 60 days before the start of the seminar:
60 % of the booking amount
From 30 days before the start of the seminar:
75 % of the booking amount
From 10 days before the start of the seminar:
85 % of the booking amount
Please let us know the actual number of participants 2 weeks before the start of the seminar.
A reduction in the number of participants by more than 5% should be communicated to the hotel in food time, at least five working days before the start of the event. The actual number of participants will be used as the basis for billing, but at least 95% of the ultimately agreed number of participants.
Customer liability for damages
If the customer is an entrepreneur, he is liable for all damage to buildings or inventory caused by event participants or visitors, employees, other third parties from this area or himself.
