General termins and conditions of Bernrieder Hof

We look forward to welcoming you as a guest in our house. Here is some information for you.

Since allergic reactions occur again and again, we do not allow pets. We hope for your understanding.

Our prices are calculated per person. Services not used from booked arrangements will not be refunded. We only accept room cancellations in writing. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 2 weeks before your arrival date. After that, we charge 80% for B&B, 70% for HB and 60% for FB of the costs incurred. This also applies in the event of late arrival or early departure.

Wellness and beauty appointments can only be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel at short notice, we eill charge you 70%. You can pay your bill in cash or with an EC card. We accept all credit cards.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2:00 p.m.. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m..

Any damage caused must be compensated 100%.

Complaints must be reported during the stay, if possible on the same day. Complaints can no longer be submited after the invoice has been issued or after departure.

Every drink ordered and charged to the room must be countersigned by the guest.
