Of course we hope to be able to welcome you on the day of your seminar. However, if you are forced to cancel a seminar, you can do that for free up to 31 days in advance. In case of short-term cancellations we will charge the cancellation costs by referring to the general terms of DEHOGA.

Cancellation of a whole seminar:
The booking amount comprises the costs for the booked conference room as well as the costs for room and board of you and the respective participants.

The cancellation fees are
60-31 days before the start of the seminar: 25 percent of the booking amount, if a redefinition does not take place
30 days before the start of the seminar: 50 percent of the booking amount, if a redefinition does not take place
29-11 days before the start of the seminar: 70 percent of the booking amount, if a redefinition does not take place
10 days before the start of the seminar: 100 percent of the booking amount, if a redefinition does not take place

We accept alternative booking dates with pleasure. These booking dates will be settled with caused cancellation costs if necessary.

Please inform us about the actual number of participants 2 weeks before the start of the seminar.
In case of the participation of less people than expected and therefore booked, we will grant goodwill regulations up to 3 participants at a size of the seminar group of 20 participants.
